Beginners Course

A 6-week long beginner course in Archery led by two experienced Archery Coaches. This course will take you through all the basics of shooting safely and effectively. You will start shooting at 10 yards and over the course of the 6 weeks build up to 20 yards. All equipment is provided and you will be guided by the coaches at every step.

The cost of the course is £80 which you will be contacted to pay in advance once you have registered. We always recommend that new Archers attend a have-a-go session first to ensure they enjoy the sport.

At the end of the course, you will be presented with a certificate and a personal list of equipment suitable for you that you can use to help purchase your own. 

You will also have the opportunity to join the club as a full member and continue to develop your Archery skills with us.

Please Note – The minimum age is 12-years and must be able to draw a 16lb (8kg) stringed bow.  All under-18-year-olds attending a course will need to be accompanied by an adult and not left unsupervised.​
